3 day visit Spain

During a guided visit to Spain to view properties, you will have the chance to find out more about who we are.

We will explain what is important when buying a 2nd property in Spain, how the purchase works and what you can expect after the purchase.

Questions such as "Where do you pay taxes?" , "How can I rent out my property?" , "What documents and registration papers do I need?", "Do I need a Spanish bank or NIE number?", "Do I take out a loan abroad or in Spain?",... we will cover all of them.

Are you doing this on your own?

Definitely not!

We will accompany you throughout the entire process.

During this 3-day visit, we will personally take you out to visit properties, explain regional rules, pitfalls and Spanish administration.

What can you expect?

• You pay for your flight tickets
• We arrange your accommodation in a luxury flat
• We prepare your trip via video call and discuss potential properties
• We visit pre-selected properties, construction projects, etc. with you
• We discuss your questions and clarify local administrations.
• In case of a possible purchase, we go through the next steps together so that your file is completely in order when you go to the notary.
• After the notary, we guide you further with utilities, renovation, furnishing, rental, etc.
